This Week 
We are very excited to announce that our Library and classroom repairs are nearly completed and are going to be ready for the first day of school. The new library will be located downstairs (previously the Gr. 1 classroom) Gr. 1 will now be relocated downstairs and Gr. 3 will now be located on the upper floor. New windows, floors, white boards and paint! A great big thank you to Mr. Jean Buffat our maintanence co-ordinator and his team. Thank you to Miss A. Hewitt, Mrs. C. Busto & Miss J. Sandberg for overseeing this project.

Kindergarten and new student registration
The Provincial Destination Imagination Tournament 2010 was held on Saturday April 17th at John Oliver Secondary School in Vancouver. Our team finished 3rd. Congratulations on a job well done!
SFA Destination Imagination team participants are Angelica, Calvin, Frank, Kasia, Matthew, Nadia and Subbu.
Congratulations to our students and a special "Thank You" to Mrs. A. Yam and Mrs. M. Wiesinger for their support and dedication!
Our team will now move on to the Provincial Tournament on Saturday, April 17th. Good Luck SFA!
The After school club is offered Monday to Thursdays 3:00 to 5:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 12:30 to 3:00 p.m. Sign up is done on a pre-pay, term basis. Due to the popularity of this program all registrations must be in before Thursday Sept. 9, 2010 for the first term. We will not be able to accomodate any late registrations. Due to the nature of the program we are not able to accept students on a drop in basis. Current rates are $10.00 per student per day or $40.00 per student per week.
