OnVolunteer Portal:
Just a note that the OnVolunteer portal has gone through a refresh over the summer. Some of the user spaces are a bit easier to use, but unfortunately this has wiped our data. Jeremy – thank you!!- is working to upload parent names and I’m re-inputting activities. It is taking longer than anticipated.

We hope to have this done in the next week or so and I will send out a new ‘how to’ guide in the next couple of weeks. As some parents are asking about tracking hours could we include something like the following in today’s school  email?
Thanks!
Marta

Thank you and apologies for the inconvenience.

If you have any questions related to the portal or any other parent participation related topics  please do not hesitate to reach out Marta (Bea’s mom) who is our parent participation coordinator   at  parentparticipation@sfaschool.ca
