Annual General Meeting:

“Reminder” our Annual General Meeting is on February 20, 2025 at 6:45 pm at the church hall – at least one parent must attend. Re-registration packages will be given out this night.

Celebration of Learning:

“Celebration of Learning”, previously known as Student Led Conferences will be on March 6th from 11:30 am to 6:00 pm. There are no regular classes this day and parents will come to school with their child. Parents will sign up online with the On Volunteer site as was done for the Parent, Teacher & Student Conferences. The site will go live on February 21st at 8:00 am. More details to follow.

Grade 7 Pizza Lunch:

The Grade 7’s pizza fundraising lunch has been moved to February 18, 2025. The deadline to order for your child will be on February 11 2025.  If you have already ordered for February 20th your order will be automatically transferred to the February 18th date. School Closures Due to Weather:

Please note: For any school closures, an email will be sent out to all families by 6:30 am. If the school remains open there will not be any communication sent. Please remember it is always the parents’ decision if you want to keep your child home it you feel it is unsafe to travel.

Cold Weather:

Please make sure your child has a jackets/gloves/hat with them everyday. Students will be outside in the morning and during recess time. Winter boats are recommended during the snowy weather. Please remember to send runners on your child’s gym day.

2025 – 2026 School Application:
We are still accepting applications for the 2025 – 2026 school year. Please forward the attached application package to any family and friends.

February 19th – Grade 7 Girls Basketball Tournament at Notre Dame

February 20th – Grade 1’s Snowshoeing (arrive at school by 8:30 am), Grade 7 Boys Basketball Tournament at Notre Dame, Annual General Meeting at the church hall at 6:45 pm – mandatory meeting; at least one parent attends, re-registration packages will be given out

February 21st – Sacrament of Reconciliation (Grade 2), Rosary (Grade 3)

February 22nd – Work Bee 8:30 am

February 25th – In-School Speech Arts

February 26th – Grade 2’s Snowshoeing, Pink Shirt Day

March 2nd – Family Mass Kindergarten and Grade 4 10:30 am

March 4th – Mad Hat Day/Shrove Tuesday/Pancake Lunch

March 5th – Ash Wednesday Mass (Grade 3) @ 9:15 am, Meatless Hot Lunch

March 6th – Celebration of Learning, Previously called Student Led Conferences, (No regular classes on this day), Re-Registration packages due back to school

March 14th – Last day before Spring Break, Noon Dismissal, No ASC

March 17th to 28th – Spring Break – No School

March 31st – School Reopens at 8:40 am
