• First Day of School 8:40 am to Noon – Grades 1 to 7

Wednesday, September 3rd, 2025:

• Before and after school club begins 
• Full Day for Grades 1 to 7
• Kindergarten “Gradual Entry”

Thursday, September 4th, 2025:

• Kindergarten “Gradual Entry”

Friday, September 5th, 2025:

• Kindergarten “Gradual Entry”
• School Mass at 9:15 am (Staff)
• Early Dismissal 2:00 pm
• SFA BBQ at Church Garden 4:00 pm

A New School Year Begins: 

Welcome back SFA families!  The 2025-2026 school year will begin in less than a week’s time and all of our staff members are eagerly anticipating the return of your children.  As mentioned in previous correspondence, our school has had a number of “upgrades” this summer including new flooring and a repainting of the exterior and parts of the interior of the building and things look fantastic!

If you are able, please join us on Tuesday, September 2 (Grades 1-7; Kindergarten students start the following day) at 8:40 am on the playground area for a welcome and blessing from Father Lucca.

You are also encouraged to join us at our first school Mass of the year on Friday, September 5, 2025 at 9:15 am.

Thank You: 
A big, “Thank You”, to all the SFA parents who have come out in the last few weeks to help us get the school ready for your children. Thank you for weeding, dusting, discarding old items and more! Your help is very much appreciated.

Morning Drop Off: 
Reminder – Morning Drop Off: a friendly reminder that students are not to be dropped off before 8:15 am as supervision does not officially begin until 8:15 am. Students who are dropped off before 8:15 am will be charged an automatic Before School Club fee. Thank you for understanding and cooperation.

Consignment Sale: 
Get ready for a consignment sale at the SFA BBQ! From 4:30 to 5:15 PM, you can shop our selection of gently used clothes. Please note, the sale is cash only.

We won’t be accepting any new consignment items at this event. However, we’ll have forms available for you to fill out and drop off at a later date.

2025 – 2026 School Application:
We are still accepting applications for the 2025 – 2026 school year. Please forward the attached application package to any family and friends.

Sep 8th – Grade 7’s to Camp Timberline, Full Day for Kindergarten Students

Sep 9th – Grade 7’s at Camp Timberline

Sept 10th – Grade 7’s Return from Camp, Pick up students at school at 3:00 pm 

Sep 11th – Meet the Teacher Night 6:45 pm at the school 

Sep 12th – Rosary (Grade 6)

Sep 15th – Camp Sasamat for the day (Grade 6)

Sep 17th – Hot Lunch Starts (Details to follow)

Sep 19th – Rosary (Grade 7) 

Sep 21st – Commissioning Mass for Staff 10:30 am, Blessing of the School after Mass, Light Refreshments Served.
